Partnership talks between InspiraFarms Cooling and Celtic International

The process of purchasing Celtic Cooling's African operations has been disclosed by InspiraFarms Cooling, a prominent supplier of cooling systems throughout Africa.

InspiraFarms Cooling is taking advantage of this golden opportunity to make a contribution towards increasing its market share in Africa. There are numerous benefits to incorporating the Celtic businesses located in Ethiopia, Ghana and Kenya into InspiraFarms Cooling's current infrastructure. enhancing particularly the knowledge, skills and technological understanding of the teams that have been working together for almost 25 years.

The current operations of each of the three organisations will be sustained, including the provision of maintenance services, repairs, site evaluations and refrigeration spare parts through InspiraFarms Cooling. Additionally, the entities will assist customers in the development of cold rooms, packhouses and other cooling solutions. After the acquisition's legal procedures are finished, the businesses will go by the name InspiraFarms Cooling.

With this partnership, both businesses will be able to carry out their common goal of providing all clients in the horticulture, floriculture, animal protein, 3PL and other industries with superior cooling systems and services.
